What We’re Looking For:

Looking for a thrilling opportunity to showcase your exceptional marketing skills and drive growth for the #1 supplement brand in the world? We are looking for an Assistant Brand Manager on our Global Nutrition Brand Management team. As a key member of our marketing team, you'll be instrumental in supporting exciting projects and initiatives that will boost Nutrilite sales.

You will be working in the weight management category, partnering with teams to develop and commercialize meal replacement products based on consumer insights and portfolio strategy. You will help shape one of the foundational aspects of Nutrilite’s weight management portfolio in a visible role, offering products that our Amway Business Owners (ABO’s) want to sell, and our global consumers want to buy.

Working with a talented Marketing team and an extraordinary range of global partners, you will lead projects and partner with cross-functional teams. Understanding consumer needs and ABO business drivers, you will help define ideas, drive development of new products, and inspire impactful go to market plans. Your balance between creativity and analysis will help drive projects through the development cycle, working from ideation to post launch, touching every step of the Idea-To-Market (ITM) process. You will mine data insights, analyze the competition, and study trends to write concepts and drive strategy. Your role will bring framework to product launch plans, and working with global partners, you will deliver new products into our global markets.

Required qualifications:

  • Minimum 6 years’ brand management / marketing experience
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or a related Business discipline
  • Ability to travel domestically (1-2 times a year) and globally (1 time per year)
