About the Role

Next Play Nation is seeking energetic and motivated Basketball Coaches to join our staff for the TJ Moss Elite Preseason Camp. Coaches will play a key role in providing athletes with a positive, structured, and competitive basketball environment while assisting with skill development, drills, and scrimmages.

This is a temporary, event-based role ideal for former players, aspiring coaches, or individuals with basketball experience looking to contribute to a fast-paced and impactful program.

Responsibilities

• Lead and assist in basketball drills, conditioning, and team instruction.
• Provide skill development guidance for athletes of varying levels.
• Support camp staff in maintaining a safe, fun, and organized environment.
• Serve as a positive role model both on and off the court.
• Communicate effectively with camp directors and fellow coaches.

Qualifications

• Previous basketball playing or coaching experience required.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to work with youth and high school athletes.
• Dependable, energetic, and team-oriented.
• Must be available for the scheduled camp date.

Schedule

• Date: Saturday, September 27, 2025
• Time: 10:00 AM 2:00 PM (4 hours total)
• Location: Arlington, TX

Compensation

• $15 per hour (paid at the conclusion of the camp).

Job Types: Part-time, Temporary

Pay: $15.00 per hour

Work Location: In person
