About the Role

The Company is seeking a Chief Risk Officer (CRO) to lead its independent Enterprise Risk Management Program and function. The CRO will be a key member of the Executive Leadership team, with a focus on overseeing the organization's risk-taking activities and assessing risks and issues in an independent manner. This role is critical for ensuring that the company's risk management practices are robust and effective, and the successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining the integrity of the risk management function. As the CRO, the primary responsibilities will include developing and implementing risk management strategies, policies, and procedures, as well as providing guidance and support to the Board and senior management on risk-related matters. The role requires a high level of expertise in identifying, measuring, and mitigating various types of risks, including credit, market, operational, and strategic risks.
