Job Description

Hospitality professional acting as a point of contact between the guests and the organization. You will work to make guests feel welcomed and assist in arranging reservations for onsite restaurants and activities. Concierge Attendants also assists in local recommendations and assist in getting guests transportation if needed. They ensure guest requests are taken care of and need to know the ins and outs of the property and its offerings.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned.

• Extensive knowledge of property offerings, local attractions, dining options and activities.
• Understanding guest needs and provide personalized solutions.
• Arrange events, activities, transportation, etc. upon guest request.
• Book dining reservations, spa appointments and golf tee times for guests.
• Checks cleanliness of lobby and public areas, reports issues to appropriate departments
• Act as primary point of contact for guests in the lobby area, addressing inquiries and providing information about the resort and its amenities.
• Work with Catering and Reservations Departments to provide VIP experience for groups/weddings and VIP guests.
• Provide exceptional customer service to guests, addressing their needs and resolving any issues promptly and efficiently.
• Complete appropriate trainings listed on the human resources Training Matrix.
• Adhere to Wheeling Park Commission's safety rules and policy; refer any and all safety concerns to department manager, safety committee or human resources.
• Interact with the public with a cheerful and positive attitude, solve guest problems and complaints in a proper manner, and maintain harmonious working relationships with fellow employees.

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE

High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or one to three months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience. Oglebay
