🚧 Construction Superintendent – Home Builder

Elevated Custom Homes is a Houston-based luxury home builder delivering high-end residential projects with superior craftsmanship, transparency, and client-first service.
We’re seeking a Construction Superintendent to oversee daily operations across job sites in Greater Houston. This role is key to ensuring our homes are built to the highest standards of quality, safety, and efficiency.
🔑 What You’ll Do
• Supervise and coordinate all on-site construction activities
• Ensure job site cleanliness, quality control, and safety compliance
• Perform and coordinate site inspections with city officials and third parties
• Manage subcontractors, vendors, schedules, and budgets
• Coordinate material deliveries and runs to keep projects on track
• Maintain daily logs, progress updates, and punch lists
• Travel regularly between Houston-area job sites and our main office in The Woodlands
🛠 What We’re Looking For
• 3-5 years of residential construction supervision (luxury/custom home experience a plus)
• Strong knowledge of construction processes, codes, and inspections
• Hands-on problem solver with excellent communication skills
• Organized, reliable, and proactive in resolving job site issues
• Valid driver’s license + reliable transportation (company gas allowance provided)
• Experience with Buildertrend or similar construction software preferred
📅 Schedule
• Monday – Friday | 8 AM – 5 PM
• Weekends as needed (inspections, client meetings, deadlines)

• Salary: Starts at $50k based on experience
• Gas allowance + company phone/tablet
