We’re a fast-growing marketing company seeking a Copywriter Manager with a strong background in marketing and search engine optimized content writing This role is ideal for someone who can lead content strategy, manage a diverse team of freelance copywriters, and ensure brand voice and messaging are consistent across platforms.

You’ll oversee content creation for multiple client accounts, including website copy, blog posts, landing posts, video scripts, white papers, social organic posts, ad copy, brochures, and content calendars. We're looking for someone strategic, creative, and organized.

 

Responsibilities:

• Manage a team of freelance copywriters, editors, and content creators

• Lead the development and execution of content strategies

• Embrace AI technologies in content creation processes

• Mentor copy team to bring out their best, creative content and reduce edit requests

• Develop and manage monthly content calendars for multiple brands

• Ensure brand voice, tone, and messaging are consistent and effective

• Collaborate with the design team to pair visuals with engaging copy

• Stay up-to-date on marketing trends, platform updates, and content performance
  
   

Requirements:

• 5+ years of experience in marketing copywriting, preferably in an agency or fast-paced environment

• Experience managing a team of copywriters or creatives

• Exceptional writing, editing, and communication skills

• Strong understanding of platform-specific best practices and trends

• Organized, deadline-driven, and able to manage multiple accounts at once

• Comfortable using project management tools (e.g., Asana, Trello, ClickUp)
  
   

Nice to Have:

• Experience writing marketing and social copy (Meta, TikTok, LinkedIn)

• Familiarity with influencer marketing, brand storytelling, and UGC

• Understanding of basic analytics and how to apply them to improve content strategy
