We are seeking a Director of Operations (BCBA) for our Pediatric Autism ABA Therapy center in Raleigh, NC. This leadership role involves overseeing clinical operations, ensuring high-quality service delivery, and fostering a positive team environment.
Responsibilities:
- Manage daily operations of the ABA therapy center
- Supervise and mentor clinical staff, including BCBAs and RBTs
- Ensure compliance with state regulations and best practices
- Develop and implement treatment plans for clients
- Collaborate with families and stakeholders to enhance client outcomes
Requirements:
- Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis or related field
- BCBA certification required
- Minimum 3 years of experience in ABA therapy
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Passion for working with children with autism
