Position Overview:

• Implement physician orders, administer medications, start IVs, and perform necessary treatments and procedures while adhering to company policies and regulations.
• Order, interpret, and evaluate diagnostic tests to assess and identify patients' conditions effectively.
• Assess patient needs and responses to care, applying sound nursing judgment in all management decisions.
• Provide primary and emergency care for various injuries and illnesses, ensuring that all patients receive the best possible care.
• Administer medications, including both over-the-counter and prescription medication as per physician orders.
• Collaborate with the nursing team to develop and maintain a comprehensive Plan of Care for each patient.
• Guide and direct ancillary personnel while upholding professional nursing standards.
