Job Description

The Producer drives gaming development on a growing portfolio of titles and works with different stakeholders across various internal and external team members to drive all tasks to completion, gathering and conducting data analysis across a variety of sources to make the best decisions. In addition, the Producer consults on a regular basis with the leadership team to align expectations and deliverables. The Producer must be able to multitask between features, platforms, and projects smoothly and efficiently.

DESCRIPTION

  • Directly oversee the full scope of work for enterprise accounts owning the service delivery for the client while managing risks
  • Manage project execution between geographically dispersed Production teams across different time zones
  • Manage stakeholder communication around account status and planning (internal and external stakeholders)
  • Forecast demand and supply for client’s pipeline work
  • Collaborate with others to create cost estimates for work acting as the main point of contact for our clients
  • Understand and advocate for the team’s needs when conducting client calls
  • Align the project resourcing with Developers and Producers
  • Analyze current market trends, identify and create competitive rates for our services
  • Track and report development and performance against defined KPI’s
  • Proactively seek client feedback to share and address with the relevant teams, ensuring transparency and clarity with ongoing work
  • Maintain project tracking documents across assigned titles; create production roadmaps based on client’s and project’s needs
  • Manage relationships with the client as well as the related internal teams per account
  • Drive Milestone Acceptance and Partner Work Approval processes
  • Coordinate and write the milestones, deliverables, and workload for the internal teams, tracking progress and managing risks
  • Build a schedule with reasonable buffer to achieve client goals and budgets
  • Establish and attend regular stand-ups to understand team progress, hang ups, and help to remove roadblocks and help the team succeed
  • Report progress directly to the Gaming leadership group in regular reviews
  • Provide metrics proving deliverables are complete and client ready
  • Work to optimize workflows and processes with our internal and external partners
  • Be committed to constant growth and improvement
  • Work within TransPerfect's proprietary invoicing and project management software
  • Ensure all monthly trackers are complete for each billing cycle and billed on time
  • Complete all other tasks that are deemed appropriate for the role and assigned by the manager/supervisor

REQUIRED SKILLS

  • Ability to clearly communicate, inspire and align teams while removing roadblocks
  • Ability to operate independently to achieve goals
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Thorough understanding of scheduling and prioritization
  • Results-oriented

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor´s degree or its equivalent
  • 3-5 years of experience in a Game Production/Publishing role, or in a similar field
  • Using industry experience, ability to determine if timelines and estimates are unrealistic
  • Experience working with internal or external development teams
  • Thorough understanding of the Game development processes
  • Experience developing road maps, planning, and executing across multiple products, simultaneously

DESIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

  • Bachelor's degree in Game production, or relevant field
  • First or third-party Game development experience
  • Experience in Game Publishing
