PRIMARY DUTIES:
Identify and attract highly qualified candidates through various channels, including online job boards, social media platforms, and networking.
Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews to evaluate candidates qualifications, skills, and suitability for specific construction and architecture roles.
Collaborate with clients to understand their hiring requirements, job descriptions, and project specifications.
Develop and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future job openings.
Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and clients, ensuring a smooth and efficient recruitment process.
Keep up-to-date with industry trends, market conditions, and changes in construction and architecture regulations.
Actively build and maintain relationships with construction and architecture professionals, industry associations, and key stakeholders.
Negotiate and finalize job offers
Achieve personal and team recruitment targets and contribute to the overall success of the company.
QUALIFICATIONS:
Minimum of 1 year of experience as a Healthcare Recruiter.
Deep understanding of the US market, including knowledge of key players, market trends, and industry-specific terminology.
Excellent knowledge of the healthcare sector
A strong network of healthcare professionals, schools, and institutions
Expert knowledge of interview, assessment, and selection techniques
Superb written and oral communication skills
Sales skills and client focus
Exceptional attention to detail
Proven ability to work under pressure and to deadlines
Strong teamwork and collaborative skills
This is a commission based position. There is NO BASE SALARY!!!!
