Growing, fast paced law firm ( has an immediate opening for a full-time immigration paralegal. This is a hybrid role with office work in Conshohocken, PA with flexibility to work from home. Candidate will provide assistance to attorneys in the preparation of immigration cases including: family based cases, employment based cases, removal defense, federal court litigation and humanitarian cases (Violence Against Women, Asylum, T/U visas).

Primary Job Duties:

  • Assist attorney in preparation of immigration applications and court filings, including preparation of immigration forms and packages with supporting evidence for submission to relevant administrative agency or court;
  • Manage case flow by setting deadlines, following up with clients to collect information and documents and ensuring timely drafting and submission of applications to USCIS, Immigration Court, the Dept. of Labor and courts;
  • Review and organize client documentation and information in client files (paper and electronic);
  • Conduct research on country conditions, review evidence, synthesize information and flag inconsistencies in information for attorneys;
  • Organize client files, monitor deadlines and ensure timely progress of cases;
  • Draft correspondence, cover letters, support letters and other legal documents; 
  • Extensive communication with clients to collect information/documents, provide status and answer non-legal questions;
  • Assemble packages for submission to government agencies; and
  • Meet weekly with staff, attorneys, office manager and clients. 

Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities:

  • High attention to detail with strong writing, critical thinking, research, verbal communication;
  • Time and case management skills;
  • Highly organized and disciplined;
  • Willingness to work hard;
  • Genuine interest in helping people;
  • Ability to work independently and complete tasks in a timely manner.

Requirements:

  • 2 years of experience as an immigration paralegal or with immigration law;
  • Bachelor's degree; 
  • Willingness to work in-office in Conshohocken, PA; and
