Job Description
We are seeking a motivated and results driven Inside Sales Representative to join our growing team in Direct Sales. Direct Sales offers a variety of product categories including work uniforms, career apparel, T shirts, polos, headwear, outerwear pants and accessories which can be purchased online by customers. This role focuses on generating leads and closing direct sales over the phone, via email, and through virtual meetings. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, has strong communication skills, and is driven to exceed sales targets.
Key Responsibilities:
• Proactively identify and contact prospective customers.
• Conduct outbound calls and follow up on inbound leads to generate new business opportunities.
• Identify customer needs and provide appropriate product or service solutions.
• Prepare and deliver sales presentations, quotes and proposals to potential customers.
• Close sales and achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales goals.
• Manage customer accounts from initial contact through post-sale follow-up.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships to drive repeat business.
• Handle objections and negotiate pricing or terms when appropriate.
• Maintain accurate records of all sales activities in CRM software.
• Collaborate with field sales, customer service, and technical teams to ensure client satisfaction.
• Stay current on industry trends, product offerings, and competitor activity.
• Collaborate with marketing, customer service, and product teams to support sales initiatives.
• Stay informed on product offerings, pricing, and industry trends.
Qualifications :
• 1–3 years of B2B sales, preferred
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong negotiation and presentation skills.
• Proficiency in CRM systems (e.g., NetSuite) and Microsoft Office.
• Self-starter with excellent time management, organizational skills and high level of personal accountability.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, goal-oriented environment.
• Ability to travel to Customer locations and Plant locations to close new customers if required.
• Bachelor’s degree is a plus.
• Role is based in Irvine, CA and is primarily in office
