Job Description: We're seeking a skilled Instructional Designer to join our Learning Experience Design team on a 3-month contract. In this role, you'll be responsible for designing and developing engaging, effective learning solutions that align with business goals and enhance the learner experience. You will work closely with subject matter experts, instructional strategists, and other team members to create innovative, interactive, and accessible learning experiences.

Key responsibilities include:

• Designing and developing learning solutions that meet business objectives
• Collaborating with stakeholders to understand learning needs and goals
• Creating interactive and engaging learning experiences
• Ensuring learning solutions are accessible and inclusive
• Working with subject matter experts to develop accurate and effective content
