Position Overview

The Investment Analyst will play a key role in supporting portfolio management, stakeholder reporting, and process improvement initiatives. This role offers direct exposure to Private Credit investing and provides significant responsibility over critical portfolio management workstreams. Successful candidates will have the opportunity to expand their scope of responsibility and contribute to the firm’s underwriting and execution processes over time.

This role is a unique opportunity for an ambitious individual to join a rapidly growing asset manager and receive direct exposure to all parts of the investment process. The ideal candidate should be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with limited supervision.

Key Responsibilities

Support for Investment Committee:

•\tProvide ongoing analytical support to the investment committee for new originations.

•\tCollaborate with senior management on underwriting and execution processes.

Portfolio Management and Reporting:

•\tManage end-to-end monthly, quarterly, and annual reporting for portfolio companies.

•\tBuild and update dashboards to monitor asset- and portfolio-level performance.

•\tAssist with monitoring mark-to-market valuations and portfolio performance.

•\tMaintain and provide reports based on internal data tapes.

Investor and Stakeholder Support:

•\tAssist in creating marketing and reporting materials for investors, clients, and prospects.

•\tManage databases of investor, client, and intermediary information.

Process Improvement and Collaboration:

•\tWork closely with the portfolio team and senior management to identify and implement continuous improvement initiatives.

•\tSupport the development of tools and systems to enhance operational efficiency.

Qualifications

Required:

•\tBachelor’s degree in business, accounting, or finance.

•\t1-3 years of experience in financial services (e.g., banking, investment management, or related).

•\tDemonstrated interest in financial markets, asset management, and/or private credit.

•\tProficiency in Microsoft Office.

Preferred:

•\tStrong communication and interpersonal skills.

•\tProven ability to work under pressure and manage multiple deliverables effectively.

•\tComfortable working in a start-up environment with a flat hierarchy and dynamic responsibilities.
