Principal (Essential) Duties:

1. Generate investment-related reports for client portfolios and internal processes, including the creation and

modification of client portfolios, portfolio rebalancing reports, and investment performance reporting.

2. Assist in trading functions.

3. Analyze and communicate drivers of investment performance of client portfolios to internal team members.

4. Evaluate prospective client portfolios; generating portfolio analysis reports as well as conveying analysis of the

investments internally to team members.

5. Assist in the due diligence process for new and existing investment strategies, working with team members to

complete relevant reporting, and communicating analysis of the potential investments.

6. Support the goals and visions outlined by the senior team members/Chief Investment Officer impacting the

Investment team.

7. Communicate with portfolio managers and other departments for requests and ad hoc reports on various topics.

8. Complete monthly and quarterly client performance reports and ad hoc reports as required by clients or other team

members.

9. Coordinate and collaborate with all of the Firm’s resources/personnel in fulfilling client needs.

10. Create monthly and quarterly due diligence reporting.

11. May attend and participate in client meetings; review all meeting notes and make necessary updates in applicable

planning system.

12. Act as service advisor on client relationships, where appropriate.

13. Take on a mentoring and training role with Associates and Interns.

14. Eligible to receive sourcing revenue if generated, no requirement to meet a specified annual goal.

Secondary Duties:

1. Work in a team environment with associates, peers, and senior investment professionals.

2. Participate in monthly and quarterly processes performed by the Investment team.

3. Collaborates with other departments to support employees and clients.

4. Perform other related duties as assigned.

Experience/Education Requirements:

1. Bachelor’s Degree in finance or related field required.

2. Minimum of one (1) year of internal, Waldron wealth management or investment experience

required. Or, in lieu of, a minimum of two (2) years of external wealth management or

investment related experience required. Four (4) years preferred.

3. Passed CFP, CFA (Level I), CPA or another approved advanced credential required.

4. Investment Adviser Representative registration eligibility required within 3 months of start date (e.g. CFP, ChFC, PFS, CFA, CIC, Series 65, or Series 66).

Working Conditions/Physical Demands:

While performing the duties of this job, the employee must be able to:

• Travel up to 10% to sites beyond the corporate office.

• Perform light work – exerting up to 20 pounds of force occasionally and/or a negligible amount

of force frequently or constantly to lift, carry, push, pull, or otherwise move objects.

• See, hear, talk, and perform tasks requiring manual dexterity and visual acuity; kneel, sit, stand,

walk, crouch, stoop, reach, pull, push, and other similar, repetitive tasks requiring physical

activity.

• Able to operate standard office/computer equipment.
