Position Overview: We’re seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Licensed Esthetician to join our team. This role is vital in delivering top-notch, personalized skin care treatments to our clients, ensuring they leave our clinic feeling rejuvenated, confident, and satisfied. You will work closely with our clients to understand their individual needs and provide solutions that align with our commitment to personalized, results-driven care. 

Responsibilities:

• Conduct thorough consultations with clients to assess skincare concerns and goals
• Create customized treatment plans based on individual client needs and expectations
• Perform a variety of advanced esthetic treatments, such as Hydrafacials, dermaplaning, light chemical peels, and microneedling under the supervision of our advanced practice providers and medical director
• Maintain accurate and detailed client records, including treatment plans, progress notes, and post-treatment instructions
• Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in skincare products and treatment techniques
• Educate clients on proper skincare routines and product recommendations to maintain and enhance results
• Uphold the highest standards of client confidentiality, safety, and satisfaction
• Collaborate effectively with other team members, including estheticians, injectors, and administrative staff, to ensure seamless client experiences

Requirements:

• Must possess a valid Esthetician license in the state of Texas
• Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Licensed Esthetician
• Strong knowledge of skincare products and their appropriate use
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, time management, organizational, and follow-up skills
• Passion for delivering exceptional client experiences with ability to adapt to changing client needs
• Commitment to maintaining a clean and safe treatment environment
• Professionalism, punctuality, and a positive attitude
• Bonus: certification in advanced skincare and esthetic procedures

Pay and Perks:

• $25-$35/hour depending on experience with performance-based incentives
