Job Description

Operations Coordinator – Austin, TX

Taphandles | Full-time | In-Person | Austin, TX

About the Company

Taphandles is a global leader in beer marketing, specializing in highly customized, brand-oriented beer fonts and tap handles. Through creativity, design, and craftsmanship, we help breweries elevate their brand presence and sell more beer. With operations in the USA, Spain, UK, and China, we are a truly international company serving breweries worldwide. This role is based in our Austin office at 902 E 5th St. ATX.

About the Role

We are seeking an Operations Coordinator to help our Austin office operate at its best. This role supports the Austin-based commercial team by driving accountability for data accuracy in our NetSuite CRM/ERP system and enabling teams to better serve our customers by optimizing processes and removing roadblocks. You’ll provide structure and clarity, help the team prioritize, and step in to keep things moving when obstacles arise.

This is a leadership role that blends coaching, accountability, and hands-on problem solving — with a clear growth path into senior management.

Key Responsibilities

  • Guide daily priorities to keep the team focused and productive
  • Track and report on performance metrics, giving managers the tools to ensure the team meets customer expectations and commercial objectives
  • Resolve system-related issues, follow up on details, and keep work moving forward
  • Reinforce company culture and values in day-to-day interactions
  • Become a NetSuite superuser: identify opportunities for process and system improvements, and collaborate with IT resources to implement them
  • Define and document training materials across the commercial department

About You

  • 2–5+ years of experience supervising or leading a team
  • 2–5+ years of experience in project management, operations, sales, or other relevant business areas
  • Comfortable diving deep into issues and working problems to resolution
  • Process-minded and analytical thinker — able to see how the pieces fit together from multiple perspectives
  • Team player who supports cross-functional success, even outside direct areas of responsibility
  • Clear, professional, and approachable communicator
  • Comfortable setting expectations and holding people accountable in a supportive way
  • Organized, detail-oriented, and proactive in problem solving
  • Ambitious and motivated to grow into senior management

Compensation & Benefits

  • Salary range: $80,000 – $95,000
  • Full benefits including health, PTO, and 401(k)
  • A clear growth track into broader operations or general management
  • A collaborative culture where your leadership will make a daily impact
