About the Role Are you a data-driven problem-solver who loves turning insights into action? At Matillion, we're on a mission to supercharge sales performance, and we're looking for a Revenue Operations Manager to join our team. This pivotal role will be instrumental in accelerating sales velocity by supporting the strategic and analytical needs of our Field Sales organization. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment and love diving into data to uncover what really moves the needle, this could be your perfect next step. What you will be doing Driving sales efficiency through detailed performance analytics and actionable insights Supporting the Field Sales team with scalable operational strategies and streamlined processes Building dynamic Excel models to forecast, track, and optimize revenue performance Translating business challenges into clear, data-backed solutions that lead to measurable impact Partnering cross-functionally with Finance, Sales, and Operations to implement high-leverage improvements What we are looking for 3+ years of experience in Revenue Operations, Business Operations, FP&A, or similar analytical roles Advanced Excel skills – you're a modeling master who can automate and simplify complexity A sharp analytical thinker who knows when to zoom out and when to dive deep into the details A naturally curious mindset with a passion for uncovering the “why” behind the data A highly organized self-starter with a reputation for delivering high-quality work and following through At Matillion, we are committed to providing compensation in line with market standards based on the role, job family, job level and country. This role’s estimated annual salaried pay range for this position is $87,200 - $130,800. The final salary will be based on your relevant skills, experience, and qualifications demonstrated in the hiring process.
