Manpower has an immediate career opportunity with a world leader in beauty product distribution for a Change Manager. The initiative of this role is to work closely with Process Improvement and the Project Management Team.
The change manager oversees the change coordination at site level in line with program change management strategy. They build and roll-out the local change management strategies, localize program change documents (trainings, communications, …) and ensures right collaborations between key users. Combining process improvement, project management, and adult learning this role is a critical part of the local project team.Job Title: Change Manager ODES
