What You Will Be Doing as the Senior Recruiter
As Senior Recruiter in our Colorado Springs office, you will own both business development and high-quality recruiting. Your responsibilities include: Building strong client relationships and acting as a trusted hiring advisor. Proactively sourcing, engaging, and placing top-tier talent across accounting, finance, HR, administrative and professional roles. Managing the full recruitment lifecycle with excellence in communication and candidate experience. Creating and maintaining a strong pipeline, driving your own activity, and delivering consistent results. Collaborating with your team to share strategies, refine processes, and grow our market presence. Operating with autonomysetting goals, driving decisions, and taking ownership of outcomes.
What You Will Need to Be Successful Bachelors degree Strong business acumen and the ability to have insightful conversations with decision-makers. Professional, polished communication, both written and verbal. Genuine desire to help people and positively influence lives and careers. A self-starter mindset with internal drive, reliability, and a strong sense of ownership. Tech-savvy and comfortable using recruiting platforms, CRMs, and data tools. A collaborative spirit, someone who thrives on team success and shared goals.
