We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Bilingual Store Manager to lead the operations of our supermarket. This position requires fluency in both English and Spanish , and a passion for delivering excellent customer service while overseeing daily store activities, employee performance, and inventory control.

Oversee day-to-day store operations, including scheduling, merchandising, cleanliness, and opening/closing.
Ensure an exceptional customer experience and resolve any escalated customer issues.
Hire, train, and manage store team members; conduct performance reviews.
Monitor inventory levels, order supplies, and manage shrinkage.
Maintain compliance with health, safety, and labor regulations.
Lead by example in creating a positive, inclusive, and bilingual work environment.

3+ years of experience in retail or supermarket management.
Fluency in both English and Spanish (spoken and written).
Strong leadership, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
Proficient with POS systems, Microsoft Office, and inventory tools.
High school diploma or GED required; college degree preferred.
