As a Tableau Reports Developer, you will play a pivotal role in building out an executive dashboard, pulling data from diverse sources including Salesforce, Oracle Cloud, SQL Server on-prem database, and Genesys (3rd party) phone systems. Key Responsibilities:
- Dashboard Development:
- Design, develop, and maintain Tableau dashboards to visualize and communicate key performance indicators.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand reporting requirements and translate them into effective Tableau solutions.
- Data Integration:
- Extract, transform, and load (ETL) data from Salesforce, Oracle Cloud, SQL Server on-prem database, and Genesys phone systems to create comprehensive and insightful reports.
- Cross-functional Collaboration:
- Work closely with teams responsible for Salesforce, Oracle Cloud, SQL Server, and Genesys to ensure seamless data integration and accurate reporting.
- Performance Optimization:
- Optimize Tableau reports for performance and efficiency, ensuring timely access to critical business information.
- Documentation:
- Document Tableau development processes, data sources, and report specifications for future reference.
- Keep documentation up-to-date with any changes made to Tableau solutions.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Proven experience as a Tableau Reports Developer.
- Strong expertise in building executive dashboards and reports in Tableau.
- Knowledge of data extraction and integration from Salesforce, Oracle Cloud, SQL Server on-prem database, and Genesys phone systems.
- Familiarity with ETL processes and best practices.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
Education and Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Tableau certification is a plus.
