As a Tableau Reports Developer, you will play a pivotal role in building out an executive dashboard, pulling data from diverse sources including Salesforce, Oracle Cloud, SQL Server on-prem database, and Genesys (3rd party) phone systems. Key Responsibilities:

1. Dashboard Development:

• Design, develop, and maintain Tableau dashboards to visualize and communicate key performance indicators.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand reporting requirements and translate them into effective Tableau solutions.

1. Data Integration:

• Extract, transform, and load (ETL) data from Salesforce, Oracle Cloud, SQL Server on-prem database, and Genesys phone systems to create comprehensive and insightful reports.

1. Cross-functional Collaboration:

• Work closely with teams responsible for Salesforce, Oracle Cloud, SQL Server, and Genesys to ensure seamless data integration and accurate reporting.

1. Performance Optimization:

• Optimize Tableau reports for performance and efficiency, ensuring timely access to critical business information.

1. Documentation:

• Document Tableau development processes, data sources, and report specifications for future reference.
• Keep documentation up-to-date with any changes made to Tableau solutions.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Proven experience as a Tableau Reports Developer.
• Strong expertise in building executive dashboards and reports in Tableau.
• Knowledge of data extraction and integration from Salesforce, Oracle Cloud, SQL Server on-prem database, and Genesys phone systems.
• Familiarity with ETL processes and best practices.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

Education and Experience:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Tableau certification is a plus.
