Conduct thorough assessments of existing processes, workflows, and systems to identify gaps and areas for improvement ensuring adherence to best practices and system limitations. Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand the template, tag metadata and clauses. Translate business requirements into functional specifications for configuration and add them to the CWB, to be configured in the Icertis CLM platform. Work closely with the team to develop and execute test plans, ensuring the quality and accuracy of implemented solutions. Translate QA triage change orders into functional specs in Configuration work books. Stay updated with the latest features, enhancements, and releases of the Icertis CLM platform and provide recommendations for leveraging new functionalities to drive process improvements. Support UAT triage and help bridge the gap between requirement and configurations Skills Required Proven experience as a Business Analyst, preferably in contract management or enterprise software implementations. Strong understanding of contract management processes and best practices. In-depth knowledge and hands-on experience with the Icertis CLM platform is essential. Proficiency in gathering and documenting business requirements, process modeling, and system configuration. Familiarity with Agile and Scrum methodologies. Ability to translate business requirements into functional specifications. Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with diverse stakeholders and cross-functional teams. Detail-oriented mindset with strong organizational and time management skills. Relevant certifications such as Icertis CLM Administrator Certification or Icertis CLM Business Analyst Certification are highly desirable.
