Job Title: Litigation Attorney – Personal Injury

License Required: Active law license

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated Litigation Attorney to handle personal injury cases from inception to resolution. The ideal candidate will independently manage a caseload, represent clients in court proceedings, and negotiate settlements to secure fair outcomes.

Responsibilities:

• Manage a caseload of personal injury litigation cases from start to finish
• Draft and review legal documents, including pleadings, motions, and discovery responses
• Conduct depositions, hearings, and trials as required
• Negotiate settlements and advocate for clients' best interests
• Maintain clear and professional communication with clients, opposing counsel, and legal teams

Requirements:

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree and an active law license in Wisconsin
• Minimum of 2+ years of litigation experience (personal injury preferred)
• Strong courtroom advocacy, negotiation, and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and efficiently in a fast-paced legal environment
