*Duties*

* Conduct comprehensive legal research.
* Draft legal documents.
* Assist in all aspects of workers' compensation and personal injury claims, including litigation.
* Provide legal advice and advocating for your clients.
* Maintain organized case files.
* Collaborate with senior attorneys on complex cases.
* Stay current with laws and regulations through ongoing research and professional development.

*Qualifications*

* Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
* Admission to the state bar and in good standing.
* Proven experience or strong interest in plaintiff's law.
* Strong written and verbal communicational skills.
* Prior legal experience is preferred but not required.
* Ability to manage multiple cases efficiently while adhering to deadlines.
* Commitment to professional practice and helping others.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $70,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year
