Dependable Part Time Nanny Needed in Millburn, NJ

Location: Millburn, NJ



Start Date: Ideally September 2 (flexible for the right candidate)



Compensation: $30-$32 per hour



Schedule: Minimum 3:00 PM - 7:00 PM, Monday through Friday (Please see below for schedule options)



Total Hours: The core "required" schedule is 3:00 PM to 7:00 PM, Monday through Friday. The family is flexible and happy to provide additional hours if the candidate is interested in split shifts OR supporting the household with tasks such as tidying, laundry, grocery shopping, and light family assistant duties. Split shifts are available (e.g., 7:00-9:00 AM and 3:00-7:00 PM), and evening hours for date nights can also be arranged. Up to 30 hours/week, depending on candidate availability and interest - clients can be very flexible for college school schedules, other part time roles, etc that the candidate may have.


A kind and welcoming family in Millburn, NJ is seeking a responsible, engaging, and communicative after-school nanny for their two daughters, ages 7 and 11.


Primary Responsibilities:

• Provide attentive care to two school-aged girls (entering 2nd and 6th grade)
• Pick up the younger child at 3:15 PM; the older child often walks home independently
• Assist with homework and school-related organization
• Prepare for and transport children to extracurriculars
  
  
  • Includes light help with things like putting hair in a bun or sports gear on
• Prepare basic, child-friendly meals
• Handle child-related laundry and general tidying
• Drive children using your own vehicle (mileage reimbursement provided)
