Job Overview
Our client is a Dallas-based company that installs and operates 24/7 self‑checkout mini‑markets as a free amenity within luxury residential communities across the US. The company’s founder is a dynamic young entrepreneur: visionary, ambitious, and deeply invested in his work. He’s known for being fun and compassionate, but also exacting, detail-oriented, and highly particular in his standards. He’s looking for a highly capable Personal Assistant to support him in both professional and personal domains.
Your Role
Keep relationships thriving by managing a personal CRM and helping stay in touch with friends and family.
Pick out thoughtful, creative gifts for birthdays and other special moments.
Track habits, support routines, and act as an accountability partner for personal goals.
Research products, tools, and ideas to make life easier, better, or more fun.
Plan and book unforgettable travel, great hotels, and the perfect dinner spots.
Jump in on special personal projects wherever a helping hand is needed.
Must-Have Attributes
Extremely caring, social people-person who excels in personal tasks.
High attention to detail (we will assess this skill with your application!)
Strong organizational skills.
Very strong written and oral English skills.
Minimum typing speed of 50 wpm.
Minimum 50 Mbps internet speed.
Designated office space in your home.
